Kyle Roehrs was born and raised in Sullivan, Missouri. He received Christ as his personal Savior on July 5, 2009 at the age of 17 in New Testament Baptist Church, where he later joined, following in believers’ baptism. He graduated from Sullivan High School in 2010. In 2012, he accepted the co-Youth Leader position at NTBC along with Kelcey Bylo, Robert Scott, and Jennifer Gaskill. He extended his studies to Fontbonne University where he received a Bachelors in Computer Science & Mathematics. In January of 2015, he accepted a full-time position at Sullivan Bank as their Network Operations Officer.
Kyle has been married to his wife, Kelcey, since June 13, 2015. He stepped away from the youth ministry when his daughter was born in 2016. He now has two children, Quinn and Kamden Roehrs. On April 27, 2019 he was ordained by NTBC to fulfil the role of Deacon. Approximately 2 1/2 years later Kyle was asked to join the staff of NTBC, part-time, as Youth Director in December of 2021 and he happily accepted the position.
