We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God in all parts and wholly without error.
-
We believe in the One True God, who is the first person of the Trinity; perfect, infinite, and eternal. He is revealed to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
-
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the second person of the Trinity, the eternal Word, and only begotten Son and head of the church. He became man by miracle of the virgin birth, true God and true man.
-
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity; that he convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment.
-
We believe that all men, by nature and choice, are sinful and lost, and that man is the creation of God, made in His image and likeness.
-
We believe that Salvation is by grace through faith, and is a gift from God, neither merited nor secured by any virtue or work of man. It is received only by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
-
We believe in the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
-
We believe that because God gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ, the true believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. If you have been genuinely saved, you cannot "lose" it. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and keeping power of God that gives us this security.

We believe Baptism doesn't make you a believer -- it shows that you already believe. Baptism does not "save" you, only your faith in Christ does that. Baptism is the outward symbol of the commitment you made in your heart. The Greek word baptizo means "to immerse or dip under waters". It best symbolizes a burial and resurrection!

We believe Christ is the recognized head of our church, not any person, group, or religious organization. While recognizing the value of associating and cooperating with other groups of Christians, we believe every local church should be self-governing and independent from any denominational control.
